Btw here we are back from camp and course days are now over. Everything is over now!
I hope you all will take this advance as a learning journey for all of you and back in your respective corps perform your post as responsible as possible.
Show your TIC and other senior nco and also officers that you are worth your rank and know what to do. Those corps that got problem, help your corps to live back. Its never too late.
Salvage it while its till surviving.
During camp, i can see all of you supporting one another, helping and motivating each other. No one felt as an individual. Am i right to say that?? hmm... i can also c u all try to ensure all are ok especially during the hike. We have no casualty during the hike. I was proud of you people. I am reli proud of that. I feel like my trainees are iron man! YEAH! I JUST LUV U GUYS.. I DAMN PROUD OF U PEOPLE SIA!! Although at one pt of time, you all accidentally press my "button" and that's the period whr sir Junhao came to screw the whole platoon. Whatever he say, is actually i agree... I hope you all take it as a lesson and change and always learn from your mistakes. TEAMWORK is the factor. You all reli show teamwork.
Hmm.... all the tears and words said during the reflection game are all meaningful and touching words that i hope you all mean it. It makes me feel touched to see all of you bonded so well together after the course and camp. I am hereby proud to say that i had a bunch of wonderful, happening, strong and professional trainees. hahaaa sounds lame.haha.. But its true.
Like i say, u people are my 1st badge of NCO that go through both basic and advance under me. Although some of you are not in my platoon during your basic. But i notice some of you during basic le. haha.. so i basically know what to expect and use wat kind of method to guide all of you.
As for Yong Xiang ( i hope he's reading this), you improved alot. Really tremendous improvement from the course to the camp. I'm saying this on the behalf of all of us. Its such a great pleasure that to give you another chance to show and change yourself. And i'm proud to say that you made use of that chance given to you to prove urself, I know you cnnt see and realise wad you do. But as your PC, i can c the chg in you and how you help others too... Me and Nic are proud of you. I really salute your endurance level u have. During the camp, hike that period, we know you are tired, but you still take that very effort to carry the stretcher all the way towards the end. We saw all this single things. ANd basically, you still persevere through the course although you reli kena "terrible scoldings" from me during that 2nd day of course. From dat very day. you chg towards the better. At least, there is IMPROVEMENT. But sth just dont chg in you. You still like to disturb people arh.. u think i dunno.. you and ur abang.. dunno say wat thing abt liyana arh.. aiyo.. nvm u all still young.. hehe.. :)

I noe some of you show gd leadership during the camp and perfrom well during the course too.. But i have to say this, no matter who get the best trainee award, all of you will be MY BEST TRAINEES in my heart and eyes. I just cant denied that... Although our platoon gt the smallest strenght among all, but we still can do things other platoons do without manpower problem. eg. during the campfire itself, u all were separated here and dere, but i still can c the Happy spirit there. i;m just proud of you guys. I will really miss you people.
As a PC of this platoon, i am reli happy to have u all in my platoon. Forgive me if i had scolded you all unnecessarily. But all scoldings have reasons. hehe...
Enjoy urself the last few days before sch reopens. Back to corps for training, make sure FULL ATTENDANCE. SJ trainings are fun and enjoyable provided you put in effort to take it seriously. I hope you all go back to corps and perform your task as a gd NCO. I wish to hear people praise you all as good NCO after graduation from Advance. Yong Xiang and Faiz, make sure you all attend all SJ trainings in your corps. For those gals same corps as these two abang n adik, make sure they come for trainings... Dont dissappoint urself as you had put much effort in passing Advance. Make use of what you had learn in Advance and put to use during ur corps meetings, trainings and performance.
Faiz, you gt potential to be a good leader.. put in more effort and you can do it! trust me.. it will do you good during ur army days.. although it still long..
For the gals, all of you are potential leaders. Put in more effort and responsibility and there you are. Always motivate and endure. Never give up easily.
Success always come after failure. remember that. Perservere till the end.. never do it halfway. And lastly, remember: A person who plans to fail is a person who failed to plan. Never let this thing happen to you. Always plan for your future and waever things you are doing. Planning is important...

Btw: POP will be at NHQ. Your parents are invited to attend. SMS me if your parents are attending. Its a good chance for them to attend as you all will be graduating and also there's gonna be a parade for zone side. Its a good experience. BTW trainees are to report early.
